The page below introduces the founder and frames the leadership posture as additional public-facing names land. We do not surface a name on this page until the named individual has approved the public role disclosure.
Bill Faruki
Bill founded MindHYVE.ai, Inc. in 2022, before the term agentic AI was in common circulation. The portfolio thesis — that compositional fabrics of cooperating reasoning models are a structurally better foundation for vertical AI than monolithic foundation models — is his. The four Agentic Operating Systems shipping across the portfolio are the product expression of that thesis.
Bill leads MindHYVE.ai, Inc. from the Newport Beach headquarters. He is the executive responsible for the equalization mission across all four pillars, including JustineAI™.
