Customer success for US PI firms originates from Newport Beach. Sales-assisted onboarding for mid-size and enterprise customers is run from this region. Procurement diligence — DPA negotiation, MSA review, security-evidence package exchange — is coordinated by the Newport Beach legal team.
The Eve-Legal F5/reasoner inference endpoints serving US matters route to US Azure regions; the operational team here is the bridge between those endpoints and US-based attorneys.

The APAC hub. Eve-Legal F5/reasoner research, Eve-Genesis (Law Edition) synthetic-data engineering, and JustineAI™ backend development run from here. Eight engineering teams across the MindHYVE portfolio — Healthcare, Legal, Education, Theology — coordinate from the Islamabad office.
The synthetic-data corpus that calibrates the legal reasoner is constructed in Islamabad. The four-pass demand-letter pipeline’s quality gates were engineered here. The continuous-deployment infrastructure that ships JustineAI™ updates to the US-resident Azure tenants is operated here.
Islamabad is not an offshore cost centre. It is the operational heart of the portfolio. The team there ships the product the team in Newport Beach sells.
The mission edge.
The Africa operations base. Emerging-market deployments across the MindHYVE portfolio are coordinated from Nairobi. The team there has run ArthurAI™ deployments at universities across the Inter-University Council for East Africa, ChironAI™ deployments at clinical sites, and TheoAI™ research collaboration with regional Islamic-scholarship institutions.
The MindHYVE equalization mission is most operationally real in this region. When a product is calibrated in California to serve California, it serves California — and only California. When a product is calibrated to serve every jurisdiction the firm wants to serve, it has to be built by people who understand more than one jurisdiction. The Nairobi team is part of that discipline.
JustineAI™ is a US-jurisdiction product today. The Africa operations team’s contribution to JustineAI™ is the portfolio operational learning — what works when the customer’s context is genuinely different from the founder’s. That learning compounds.
