JustineAI™ IB · DepositionOn the roadmap

Preparing the claim-handler deposition.

The claim-handler deposition is where institutional bad faith is proven or lost, and it rewards the examiner who has read everything. JustineAI™ is being built so a strategy facet prepares the deposition from the whole produced file at once — pairing each diary entry and reserve change with the claims manuals and industry standards the handler was bound to follow. The output will be an examination outline that walks the adjuster through their own file, with the impeachment exhibit pre-located for every answer the file already contradicts.

By design

What IB is designed to do.

  1. 01

A strategy facet is being designed to build the claim-handler outline from the entire produced file in one context, so each line of questioning is anchored to a specific diary entry, reserve note, or letter the handler authored.

  2. 02

The handler’s conduct will be set against the carrier’s own claims manuals and recognized industry standards, framing questions that establish the duty before they expose the departure from it.

  3. 03

For each anticipated evasion, the facet is designed to pre-locate the impeachment exhibit — the Bates-stamped page where the file already says otherwise — so the examiner can confront, not argue.

  4. 04

Lines of inquiry will be sequenced to build commitment before contradiction: locking the witness to the standard and the timeline first, then surfacing the entry that the prior answers cannot survive.

  5. 05

The outline is a draft instrument for the attorney, who owns the examination, refines every question, and attests to the exhibits; the platform prepares the file, it does not take the deposition.

The AI reasons; the attorney decides.

JustineAI™ IB is on the roadmap. This describes the workload it is built to carry. When it opens, founding-firm slots go to the bad-faith attorneys who told us about their practice early.
