Acceptable use & restrictions.

You may not use the Services to:

• violate any law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
• generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or misrepresent AI-generated output where disclosure is required;
• compromise security — including unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing usage limits, or interfering with the Services;
• use the Services or their output to train, evaluate, or improve a competing AI system; or
• submit data you lack the right or consent to submit.

JustineAI™ provides legal decision support to licensed attorneys and the professionals they supervise. Outputs are not legal advice, do not create an attorney-client relationship, and must not be the sole basis for any legal decision or filing without review by a licensed attorney who remains responsible for the work. Your use must comply with your jurisdiction’s Rules of Professional Conduct, including duties of competence, confidentiality, and supervision, and you are responsible for verifying all citations and outputs.

The Services are provided from the United States and are subject to U.S. export-control and economic-sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations and regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). By using the Services, you represent that you are not located in, or a national of, a comprehensively sanctioned country or region, you are not on any U.S. restricted-party list, and you will not export or use the Services in violation of those laws.

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
