TrustSubprocessors

Subprocessors, current as of May 19, 2026.

The current subprocessor list for JustineAI™. Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement with data-protection commitments at least as protective as our agreement with the customer. The materiality column indicates whether the subprocessor is core to the service (cannot be removed), conditional (active under specific commercial paths), or optional (active only when the customer authorises the relevant integration).

Material changes to this list are communicated to customers in advance per the DPA notification mechanism, with sufficient time for the customer to raise concerns before the change takes effect. The page is the authoritative current state.

What is not on this list. The legal reasoner inside Eve-Legal F5/reasoner is hosted by MindHYVE.ai, Inc. — it is not a third-party subprocessor. The Eve-Genesis (Law Edition) training corpus is operated by MindHYVE.ai, Inc. — not a third party. Frontier-model providers used inside the compositional fabric are subject to contractual terms that prohibit retention or training on inference content; they are listed as part of the Microsoft Azure subprocessor entry (Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry provide the routing).

For procurement. The current DPA template enumerates each subprocessor individually with the data-protection commitments attached. Contact legal@justineai.com to request the current DPA.
